What is the service fee and how is it calculated?

When you purchase a terminal, we charge an annual service fee that includes maintenance and regular software updates as well as repair and replacement. This flat rate is billed annually and helps to ensure that your payment system is always up to date and secure. These fees are included in a terminal subscription and are not charged separately.

 

How does the contract processing and delivery work? How long does it take until I can use my payment system?

The processing time for contract processing and delivery is normally 5 to 10 days after we have received all the necessary documents. It is important that you, the customer, submit all required documents in a complete and timely manner, as delays in providing documents may result in a corresponding delay in delivery. PayTec relies on all documents being provided correctly and quickly to ensure a smooth process.
